Meat Free Monday : Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients

60g halloumi cheese, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

1 multigrain wrap

1 tbsp hummus

1 handful rocket

1 tomato sliced

1/4 of a red onion diced

Method

Heat olive oil in a pan and saute halloumi until golden.

Heat wrap in microwave for 30 seconds or on the stove top.

Spread hummus on wrap, place rocket, tomato, red onion and halloumi in wrap and fold up.
