We know that if women do not see representation of women that they can identify with, simply being given equal space in the world at large and more specifically as personal inspiration, it is difficult to imagine themselves achieving their goals, regardless of whether opportunities do exist.

For International Women’s Month we will amplify diverse stories of women who are successful, from the ones already amplified by mainstream media to the ones in the corner offices putting their head down and just grinding through the work. It is critical for women to see diversity in success stories and feel represented by being reflected in these stories.
